Use Segmentation to Send ONLY Relevant Messages
As a legitimate email marketer (as opposed to a SPAMMER), you know how important permission based marketing is. You know it's imperative to get permission before freely sending emails to your prospects and customers.
Unfortunately, without segmentation, you're still committing one of the greatest sins in email marketing sending people emails they don't want to receive.
Imagine you wanted to send a promotional email for Product A. Without segmentation, you draft the email and send it out to everyone you have contact information for.
Stop blasting emails to your entire contact list! No single email will be relevant to EVERYONE on your list. But without segmentation, you have no idea who'll respond.
And, no matter how great your promotion is, no matter how fantastic your product or service is you will only ever reach a handful of interested people. And you'll irritate or start to drive off the rest.
With each "blast" you'll get:
A handful of interested people who like Product A and are glad you sent them an email

The reason I'm so upset about what I'm about to tell you is because it has never happened to me before... until sometime last night. I like to think that I'm a different kind of internet marketer, actually I don't like to think of myself as an Internet Marketer because for me it has a bit of a negative connotation, it makes me think of a person who is trying to "sell" something, someone who has dollar signs in their eyes.
Although I'm in business to make money, I don't want to "sell" to people, I want to help enhance their business and in turn enhance their life.
I will tell you this, there is no better feeling in the world than knowing that I played some small part in helping someone else attain success no matter how small or large that success becomes.
I have done everything in my power to help or direct the people on my 12 Second Commute team and I see us all as equals, we all want the same things, we are all just at different points in the "game" and as long as we are moving forward at a slow and steady pace, I know we will win the race.
I could go on and on...
But, I want to warn you in advance if you ever join my 12 Second Commute team, I won't call it a "downline" because that's negative to me as well, if you are ever on my team, I'm going to be the biggest pain in the ass sponsor you will ever have because I want you to succeed. Even if you give up on yourself, I won't!
Sometime in the wee hours of the morning, the very first person to join my 12 Second Commute team QUIT! I have turned myself inside out, upside down and backwards to reach out. It started off so well, then turned into nothing at all. But I kept trying and giving... leaving her to her business but letting her know I was still there.
I got nothing in return. Sure she had a good following of her own, they are also on my team but that's not the point.
I lost one.
For me, it doesn't mater who's team you're on, if I can help I will.
My good friend Jim Roche NJ has always told me "don't get too high and don't get too low" I guess I feel this way because I care so much. I feel as though I have failed. I prided myself knowing that not a single person that has joined me has left... until today.
I know the old saying goes "you can lead a horse to water but you can't make em drink" well I'm sure as hell going to try! (The image I have in my head is arms and legs wrapped around the horses neck, while hanging over a puddle of water trying desperately to get his head down.)

When it comes to boys, any parent knows that the secret for a fun time includes selecting just the right scenarios. As the parent of two boys, I can vouch for the fact that boys tend to be innately energetic, inquisitive, and imaginative. Any setting that can inspire one or more of these qualities in your little one is a good choice.
In our home the boys have a tendency to become interested in a particular theme for a while, and imaginative play is the natural result. Currently, they are passionate about cowboys.

He asked for help and she could see why?
Even with her pulling and him pushing, the little boys cowboy boots still didn't want to go on. By the time they got the second boot on, she had worked up a sweat.
She almost cried when the little boy said, 'Teacher, they're on the wrong feet.' She looked, and sure enough, They were.
It wasn't any easier pulling the kids cowboy boots off than it was putting them on. She managed to keep her cool as together they worked to get the cowboy boots back on, this time on the correct feet.
He then announced, 'These aren't my cowboy boots.
She bit her tongue rather than get right in his face and scream, 'Why didn't you say so?', like she wanted to.
Once again, she struggled to help him pull the ill-fitting cowboy boots off his little feet. No sooner had they gotten the kids cowboy boots off when he said, they're my kid brother's cowboy boots. My Mom made me wear em.
Now she didn't know if she should laugh or cry. But, she mustered up what grace and courage she had left to wrestle the cowboy boots on his feet again.
Helping him into his coat, she asked, 'Now, where are your mittens?
He said, 'I stuffed 'em in the toes of my cowboy boots.

The steps below are how I stretch my kids cowboy boots, they are relatively easy and require minimal effort and you can do these yourself at home on the cheap.
My boys cowboy boots are considered essential accessories around here and we do our best to properly care for them as well as preserve their quality. Buying a new pair of boots and stretching them to fit from the get go is my job, all that requires to make my boys cowboy boots fit them is just a litlle time and it's cheaper than taking them to a shoe shop to get them stretched.
Before stretching my kids cowboy boots, I make sure to clean the inside and outside with a clean damp cloth. This will free the pair of boots from the lines and scuff marks, I find that using warm water for cleaning is best.
I put a small amount of saddle soap on my cloth, I start on the inside of my boys boots paying special attention to the toe area and other areas they tell me are tight. I apply more saddle soap to the outside of the boot, I repeat this process till my kids cowboy boots take on a warm sheen and feel supple, almost damp to the touch.
When my kids cowboy boots have soaked up the the saddle soap, I get them to put on an old pair of socks and wear the boots for about an hour, this makes the leather warm. After removing the boots, I then stuff them with damp newspaper, being sure to fill the whole area as tightly as I can, making sure that the shape of the boot is still maintained. I leave the boots alone for a day then I'll repeat the process a couple more times if needed depending on how much they need to be stretched and there you have it. My kids cowboy boots fit them like a glove.
There are a lot of suggestions on the Internet for how to stretch leather cowboy boots. While most of them will work, many of them will damage the leather. I've know some people suggest that standing on water while wearing boots is a good idea. In fact this is not a good idea because water ruins the quality of the leather. Foot molds are available in shoe stores which may be used from time to time. Oil is also a good component for making leather stretch. All you have to do is rub a small amount into your kids cowboy boots.
